1. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with s999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. s999 applies a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) number where requested for KYC purposes.
• You must not already hold another active s999 account. s999 permits only one account per person; duplicate accounts may be merged, suspended, or permanently closed at s999's sole discretion.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where access to and use of online betting and casino services is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member thereof of s999 or any of its affiliated providers or partners.

s999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including government-issued photo identification (CNIC) and proof of address — at any time and to suspend account access pending satisfactory verification.

2. Account Management

2.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your s999 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. s999 shall bear no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

2.2 Account Accuracy

You must keep all account information current and accurate. Any changes to your registered mobile number, payment details, or personal information must be updated promptly via your account settings or by contacting s999 support. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.3 KYC Verification

s999 may require identity verification (KYC) at registration or at any point thereafter, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. Standard KYC documentation includes a valid CNIC and a recent selfie. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time specified by s999 may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

s999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability in your region:

• JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 200, maximum Rs 50,000 per transaction; withdrawals processed within 30–60 minutes on business days.
• Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 200, maximum Rs 50,000 per transaction; withdrawals typically within 1–2 hours.
• Bank Transfer — HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, MCB and other major Pakistani banks; minimum Rs 1,000.
• Debit Card (Visa / Mastercard) — minimum Rs 500; 3D Secure authentication required.
• USDT (TRC20) — minimum equivalent of $5 USD; network confirmation times apply.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) anti-money laundering checks where required by s999's compliance obligations. s999 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawal amounts that trigger internal compliance thresholds.

3.3 Currency

The primary account currency at s999 is Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). All balances, bets, and winnings are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated. Deposits made in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing rate.

4. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on s999 — including sports betting, cricket markets, PSL wagering, live casino, slot games, and table games — are subject to the specific game or market rules applicable at the time of placement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. s999 shall not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect selections made by you.
• s999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, based on incorrect odds, or where the integrity of a market is reasonably in doubt.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your s999 account balance upon settlement of the relevant market. Settlement timelines depend on the sport and competition.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, market, and account tier. These are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary based on your VIP level.
• Where a technical fault or disconnection occurs during a live casino game, the hand or round in progress at the time of fault will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's technical fault procedure.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

s999 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. s999 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements attached to bonuses must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Real-money deposits are used before bonus funds in all wagering activity unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Abuse of promotional terms — including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts, using VPN services to qualify, or coordinating bets with other players to exploit bonus mechanics — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• s999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Responsible Gaming

s999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We provide the following tools to all account holders, accessible at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account access for a chosen period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from s999. This is irreversible for the duration specified (minimum 6 months) and cannot be shortened once applied.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s999 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in games or the platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Money laundering or using s999 for any financially illegal purpose.
• Accessing s999 from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing s999 staff or other platform users via any communication channel.

s999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to forfeit all associated balances, and to report the matter to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the s999 platform — including but not limited to the s999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of s999 or its licensed providers. No part of the s999 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without prior written permission from s999. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use any s999 intellectual property for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, s999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the s999 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, including planned maintenance downtime.
• Loss of bets or winnings due to technical faults, disconnections, or third-party system failures beyond s999's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed by you on information or content provided on the s999 platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

s999's total aggregate liability to any user under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

s999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and these Terms at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) s999 is required to do so by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority; (c) s999 discontinues the relevant service. You may close your account at any time by contacting s999 support. Upon closure, any real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and compliance checks.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of s999, you agree to first contact s999 support to seek an informal resolution. s999 aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted to the support email. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as designated in s999's regulatory framework.

12. Amendments to These Terms

s999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, s999 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered mobile number or account notification system. Your continued use of the s999 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
